Third Party Agents. You understand that third party agents (also known as, Posting Agents) are restricted from this website. allGo.com will delete any Posting Agents found, and may even terminate Users use.

"Spamming" Is Prohibited. allGo.com does NOT tolerate spam. You understand that you are NOT allowed to send emails, messages, or advertisements to allGo.com's addressees that do not pertain to the item posted by the addressee.

Advertisements. allGo.com may charge a fee, or fees, for advertisers to post content, ads, links, or images to the website. allGo.com will decide the location of the advertisement on the website. The fee(s), may vary. The fee(s) is/are non-refundable.

Third Party Links. You agree that allGo.com is not responsible for content, services, operations, or any materials on any linked websites. Any and all third party content is entirely independent of allGo.com. You agree that allGo.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage to you, the User, should you choose to use, view, join, purchase, or deal of any kind with a third party link.

You agree that allGo.com, or it's affiliates (such as, owners, employees, engineers, supporters, sponsors, legal workers, or subsidiaries), will never be responsible for loss, deletion, failure to store, or any other type of damage to your information, materials, links, or any and all kinds of content, whether directly or indirectly.

Governing State Laws. You understand that this agreement is in conformity with Utah State Laws. The Terms of Use and relationship between you and allGo.com will be governed by the Utah Law. You agree that you will submit to these laws. You further agree that any claims, arguments, cases, charges, lawsuits, or any type of action against allGo.com will be filed in the United States District Court for the District of Utah.

Rights of Propriety. The service of allGo.com is protected to the maximum extent by copyright laws. You may not copy, duplicate, modify, or alter in any way any part of this website without written permission from allGo.com.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, and hold allGo.com and its officers, subsidiaries, owners, employees, engineers, supporters, sponsors, or workers, harmless from any claim or demand. Before you pursue action against allGo.com, you will first bring your issue to allGo.com's attention for correction. Only after contacting allGo.com may you take action against allGo.com. You agree that you will pay any and all fees associated with such action, such as, but not limited to, attorneys, court, and filling costs.

Violation of Terms. If you find that someone has violated the Terms of Use, you are instructed to "Mark as Offensive" the item(s) for allGo.com to review. You agree NOT to violate the Terms of Use. If you violate the Terms of Use, you agree to grant allGo.com the permission to pursue action against you, upon your violation.

Termination Due To Unauthorized Use. allGo.com is strictly for authorized and legal activities only. You agree to abide by the Terms of Use set forth by allGo.com. If you choose to disregard and violate the Terms of Use, you agree to grant allGo.com the permission to pursue action against you. If you use allGo.com for any type of illegal or unauthorized use, allGo.com will terminate your account and you will be banned from the website. You further agree that allGo.com has the right to delete, block, deactivate, or terminate your account without notice and without your permission. If your account is terminated, you are not allowed to access allGo.com again.

International Users. You agree that if you access this website from outside the United States, you will abide by the United State laws and jurisdiction in all circumstances.

Beware of Scams. You agree that you are entirely responsible for dealings with other allGo.com users. Beware of scams and be weary of all dealings. Meet buyers/sellers in public places, and avoid private, secluded areas. Before purchasing a vehicle, check the VIN# with the police department. Verify all information for validation. Furthermore, you should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any third party. You further agree that allGo.com is NOT responsible for any of your dealings with or through third parties. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release allGo.com, its officers, employees, agents and successors from claims, demands and damages of every kind or nature arising out of the dispute and our service.

Featured Listing(s) allGo.com offers the option to pay for a Featured Listing. Featured Listings are for ad placement in a designated area. Costs and fees may vary. allGo.com does not guarantee your item will sell due to having a featured listing. Each party placing a Featured Listing is solely responsible for the content of the Featured Listing(s), and are responsible to comply with all Terms and Agreements. In the event of a Featured Listing being canceled, deleted, or otherwise removed, the User will NOT be refunded for any reason.
